Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced female virtual assistant to manage chat communications and grow multiple branded social accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, sales-focused, and capable of leading a small support team.

You will be responsible for:
Handling high-volume messaging across multiple platforms
Growing and maintaining content-based social media accounts (Reddit & Instagram)
Implementing engagement strategies (e.g., karma building, content scheduling, story planning)

Managing communication pipelines using CRM-style tools
Hiring, training, and supervising junior VAs
Maintaining full transparency through live screen sharing (Discord)

Requirements:
Female applicants only (role involves leading a female-oriented team)
2+ years experience in digital communications, chat support, or social media account growth
Prior use of CRM or messaging systems (e.g. Infloww, Trello, Telegram, Notion)
Advanced fluency in English (written + conversational)
Able to recruit and train other assistants under your supervision
Comfortable working 12 hours per day with flexible timing
Screenshare required during working hours
Proactive, reliable, and responsive during long shifts

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Strong understanding of Reddit posting dynamics and account health
Familiarity with Instagram content planning, hashtags, captions, and engagement tactics
Basic analytics/reporting using Google Sheets
Familiarity with scheduling tools or automation platforms
