Welcome to Hustlers.ph — a digital platform that connects freelancers and clients for remote services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Overview

Hustlers.ph is a freelance marketplace based in the Philippines that allows individuals or businesses (“Clients”) to hire independent freelancers (“Sellers”) to offer digital services (also called “Gigs”).

By using Hustlers.ph, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

  • One account per person is allowed.

3. User Roles

  • Sellers (Freelancers): Individuals offering services on the platform.

  • Clients (Buyers): Individuals or businesses purchasing services.

4. Services and Deliverables

  • Services listed on Hustlers.ph must be legal, ethical, and comply with local laws.

  • Sellers must deliver the service as described in their gig within the agreed timeframe.

  • Buyers must pay for services requested and not exploit freelancers for free work.

5. Payments

  • All transactions are processed through Hustlers.ph’s payment system.

  • Freelancers receive payouts after the order is marked complete (less platform commission).

  • Clients must fund the project before a freelancer begins working.

  • Platform fees are disclosed at the time of checkout or posting.

6. Commission and Fees

  • Hustlers.ph charges a commission from Sellers per successful transaction (e.g., 20%).

  • Processing fees may also apply for Buyers depending on the payment method used.

7. Disputes and Refunds

  • Disputes between Buyers and Sellers must be submitted within 3 days of order completion.

  • Hustlers.ph reserves the right to mediate disputes and make final decisions.

  • Refunds may be granted if:

    • The seller fails to deliver.

    • The work is not as described.

    • A mutual cancellation is agreed upon.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must NOT:

  • Post false information or misleading services.

  • Attempt to transact outside the platform.

  • Use abusive or inappropriate language.

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Use bots or automation to manipulate the platform.

9. Termination of Account

Hustlers.ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform’s integrity.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Sellers retain ownership of their original work until full payment is made.

  • Buyers gain the rights to the delivered work after payment, unless otherwise specified.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Hustlers.ph acts only as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for:

  • The quality or outcome of services.

  • Any loss or damage resulting from service use.

  • Any third-party links or external content accessed through the site.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is protected in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We do not share your data with third parties without consent unless required by law.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.
