Hustlers.ph values fairness for both clients and freelancers. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures both parties are protected.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled:
- By Buyer – Before the freelancer starts the work.
- By Seller – If the project requirements are unclear, incomplete, or violate terms.
- Mutual Cancellation – Both parties agree to cancel the order for any reason.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued if:
- The seller fails to deliver the work by the deadline.
- The delivered work is incomplete or significantly different from the gig description.
- The freelancer agrees to issue a refund.
- Hustlers.ph reviews and confirms that the buyer’s complaint is valid.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- The buyer is unsatisfied due to a change of mind after delivery.
- The buyer approved the order and later requested a refund.
- The service was used or downloaded already.
- The buyer attempted to bypass the platform to avoid fees.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds will be returned to the buyer’s Hustlers.ph Wallet.
- Wallet funds can be used for other services.
- Withdrawals to original payment method (e.g., GCash, bank) may take 5–10 business days, depending on the provider.
5. Filing a Dispute
To request a refund or report an issue:
- Contact the seller first via order message.
- If unresolved, file a dispute within 3 days after order completion.
- Our support team will review the case within 5 business days.
